During my last semester of college, I had the opportunity to attend a photography workshop from the two wonderful photographers Rob Woodcox and Peter Jamus. Coming from the studio practice of producing works on paper and canvas, this experience was pretty much out of my comfort zone. The whole process behind a conceptual photoshoot was foreign and exciting to me. One cool thing was even though it wasn’t all comfortable, I found myself not tired of finding and capturing the moment. It was really great to hear perspectives from Rob and Peter, and knowing we were all going on the similar kinds of road, even though I didn’t emphasize in photography. I also got to meet many other talented photographers. These are a few of many photos I took, perhaps not so great, but I realized I could never give up black and white.
